Delivery

We deliver across Kuwait with Riders. Delivery is . The delivery price is Riders' price for your area, shown at checkout before you pay. NEAT Fashion Line is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unworn and unused, with its tags or seal in place, in its original condition. Worn clothes and opened scents cannot be returned. A refund goes back to the KNET or card account you paid with. The delivery fee is not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we tell you how to send it back.
